Bethany Rampton - B.Sc., D.Ch and her Team
Bethany Rampton (Registered Chiropodist / Foot Specialist) is the owner and chiropodist at Westboro Foot & Ankle Clinic, which she opened in August 2025. Originally from Arnprior, Bethany holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University and completed her Chiropody training at the Michener Institute of Education in Toronto.
Since 2021, Bethany has been practicing in Ottawa, with a special interest in biomechanics, manual therapy, and surgical care. She is passionate about helping people improve their foot health, stay active, and live pain-free.
Bethany takes a personalized approach to care, taking the time to listen and create treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Martin Hayles B.Sc. (Hons), M.Sc. (Podiatry), D.Pod.M., FFPM RCPS(Glasg)
Chiropodist / Foot Specialist
Martin trained at the University of Brighton, U.K., and has practised in Canada since 1989. He worked at the Ottawa Civic Hospital for 12 years before co-founding and owning Hayles Foot and Ankle Clinic. Internationally published and a frequent lecturer, he is a Fellow of the Faculty of Podiatric Medicine at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (Glasg)
Following the sale of the clinic, Martin now practises at Westboro Foot and Ankle Clinic as he transitions toward retirement in 2026.
Kay Hayles B.Sc. (Hons), D.Pod.M., MRCPod (U.K.)
Chiropodist / Foot Specialist
Kay trained at the University of Brighton, U.K., and has been practising in Canada since 1989. She spent 12 years at the Ottawa Civic Hospital before co-founding Hayles Foot and Ankle Clinicjoining her husband in private practice. A former Editor of the Ontario Society of Chiropodists journal, she is also a Member of the Royal College of Podiatry (U.K.).
Kay now practices at Westboro Foot and Ankle Clinic as part of her transition into retirement in 2026.
